From compact handheld devices to solutions for larger areas, the MAUS® range is set to redefine fire safety across various sectors, including mining, manufacturing, boating and household use.
With technology patented, certified and developed in Sweden, MAUS® has created a technology that is harmless to both the environment and people. Unlike conventional extinguishers that leave behind damaging residues of powder or foam, MAUS® devices employ a potassium-based aerosol that extinguishes fires without leaving any trace. This residue-free approach ensures that engines, electronics and interiors remain unimpaired – saving downtime costs, cleanup and repair.
The autonomy of MAUS® devices is another standout feature. Requiring no power, wiring, or maintenance, the systems are easy to install and operate, making them ideal for retrofitting into various environments, including electric vehicle charging points and e-scooter stations. They have a manufacturer’s warranty of five years with zero maintenance. Once installed, unless there is a fire and they have been activated, they only need to be renewed and replaced every five years.
