Automatic fire protection device that extinguishes the fire before it even starts
The MAUS Stixx PRO 5 is an automatic fire suppression unit for smaller to larger enclosures. The built in heat detecting cables are placed on the top of the unit and activates the unit by exposure to fire or when the unit reaches 170°C. One single MAUS Stixx PRO 5 unit protects a space of 0.5 m3. You can use the adhesive tape on the back of the units or use the screw holes on the front to install the units in the enclosure.
The extinguishing agent is exhausted through the ports of the unit and quickly fills the enclosure and extinguishes the fire. For a larger detection area, heat detecting cables can be added that are easily connected with metal cylinders (included) to connect to the ports on the sides of the unit. With the cable clips, the cable can easily be attached inside the enclosure for optimal detection. For larger spaces, more units can be connected for increased volume.
